Big news for cruisers! Royal Caribbean Group have launched a groundbreaking status match, loyalty program that sets a new standard in the cruise industry.
The Royal Caribbean Group Loyalty Status Match program now allows members of Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society, Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club, and Silversea’s Venetian Society to enjoy reciprocal tier status across all three brands.
This innovative initiative is designed to enhance the cruising experience. Offering loyal passengers even more value and recognition for their repeat business.
Seamless Status Recognition Across Brands
For the first time, members of the loyalty schemes run by Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea will be offered the equivalent tier status across all three brands. This means that no matter which of these brands you choose to sail with, your loyalty status will be recognised and rewarded.
Starting with sailings from June 5th, 2024, members will be able to benefit from a seamless status match. For instance, a member of the Venetian Society with 250 VS Days can enrol in the Captain’s Club and immediately receive Elite status. This shared status adds to existing benefits, covering more than 50 ships and nearly 1,000 destinations worldwide.
Enhanced Onboard Benefits and Travel Experience
When sailing on any of the sister brands, passengers will receive the onboard benefits associated with their equivalent tier status. Each brand’s loyalty scheme comprises five tiers, ensuring that every member enjoys perks that enhance their cruise experience.
The status match initiative not only simplifies the recognition process. But also opens up a broader range of vacation experiences and destinations. Whether you are exploring the icy landscapes of Antarctica, the sunny beaches of the Caribbean, or the cultural riches of Europe. Your loyalty status will accompany you, providing an elevated experience every step of the way.
Effortless Tier Matching
One of the standout features of this program is the automatic matching of loyalty status across brands. Guests already enrolled in multiple loyalty programs will have their statuses matched within seven days. Ensuring they receive the appropriate recognition and benefits without any hassle.
To achieve matching status, cruisers must sign up for the loyalty program of the brand they’ll be sailing with if they aren’t already members. Once the accounts are linked internally, the highest loyalty tier status will be automatically applied across all brands.
